About the Job
We are looking for a professional Female Arabic-speaking Receptionist with excellent communication and customer service skills to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing appointments, and ensuring a professional front desk experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls, messages, and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Schedule and manage customer appointments.
  • Provide initial customer support and assist with inquiries.
  • Receive customer payments (cash/card) and issue invoices and receipts.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
